A documentation of the restoration and renovation process for the beautiful and historic Kessler Theatre in X+/North Oak Cliff. Dallas writer Jeffrey Liles is gathering video footage of a number of musicians performing inside the building while the transformation is taking place. The Kessler opened in March on 2010, and now hosts films, dance classes and live music performances every weekend.

The music at the Kessler is organic, inspirational and sophisticated. Jazz, indie, folk, blues, International, classical and signature DJs. Intimate and comfortable seating, with very little standing room and very clear sight lines. A smaller performance space in the front lobby.
