@dawsyswife This is a pretty basic metabolic drill. Someone who makes their living as a trainer should have no difficulty at all performing it for the time specified. I have clients who work ten-hour-days then come and perform far more intense drills, and for longer.

They may be gay, but more importantly they're brothers. So I suppose that renders sexuality rather irrelevant.

What is it about achievement that draws such hate?

Muscles = "Roids!"

@h3Xh3Xh3X Hi there. 'GS' stands for 'Girevoy Sport', the sport of lifting kettlebells (or 'girya'). Participants are 'girevik', and Ivan is one of the greatest of all time. (Many say THE greatest, but my knowledge isn't extensive enough to comment.)
