I read about Arnica a homeopathic medicine that helps reduce and prevent swelling and bruising and promote faster healing. From what I have seen on other people it seems to work, but then again some people just heal faster than others. I thought you might wanna do some research on it anyway. I know I'm probably going to use it because I want minimal scaring. Hope it helps. You look great by the way. Glad to see you two happy and healthy. Namaste
