To be truthful, these sirens are most effective cities. With the newer electronic sirens on firetrucks that sound like the older mechanical sirens, people won't get it confused.

@sergyboy1 They sound sirens when the chances are high for a tornado, before it hits the ground, not all the time does that happen, but it's for safety for civilians.
