The customer service seemed pretty good. Sometimes it is not the money but the uncertainty of whether you will actually get the refund, which can cause stress. I HATE to be ripped off, and having to wait a couple of weeks to find out if I had been would have wound me up.

I would have gone to the police. I think you had evidence of a crime. Even though you have got your money, I would still go to the police. Fraud is fraud. Maybe they wouldn`t help, but I would try.
