Formed in 2007, by Pittsburgh emcees Beedie & Mac Miller, The Ill Spoken are determined to leave their mark on the game. Growing up, Mac Miller was good friends with Beedie's younger brother, and started freestyling with Beedie & his friends at the age of 15. Beedie, already rapping and beginning his own path, recognized the young talent and took him in, forming a force not to be reckoned with. Together they experienced success in the form of appearing on Sirius Radio & former Pittsburgh radio station WAMO, releasing the mixtape How High with mixtape legends DJ Diggz & DJ Rated R, performing at numerous local & out-of-state shows including opening up for many major label acts, nominations in the Pittsburgh Hip Hop Awards, and recording songs with New York rap artists Max B, Pumpkinhead, & Skyzoo. Today The Ill Spoken are out to get the respect & attention that they deserve, and are both focused on their solo careers.ALSO CHECK OUT:
