Dont think about what your gonna feel..when working out, or walking into the workout....think about what ur gonna feel when u finish the workout ur gonna feel accomplished knowing the next day u wake up stronger healthier....as days pass by u show up to ur workouts and perform good.and keep on repeating that fat will go away

if what you wrote on Flexforall is true bro....honestly GET ON A CLEAN FOOD DIET!!!!no junk food.do some serious reading on your own about healthy dieting....food aint just about taste when it goes into your body its a complete different story man.To lose weight main thing is the diet.honestly dont think about gaining muscle...Lose your fat first than gain muscle..Its simple.Dedicate urself u gotta have a reason to lose weight or else ur gonna slag out.dedicate urself Diet clean and do some cardio. run 15 mins.if u cant run walk 30mins......buy some dumbbells look for basic exercises with weights.

i used to be size 40(inches) in pants bro...when i was 12 imagine that =( i lost the weight when i was 13 doing some cardio..now im 17 been gaining muscle last 2years.
