To make a new player name you would need the code from the book that came with the disk

And it's not illegal to get a copy of the disk just don't give out the code from the book.

I bought this game for the kids and tried 4 different mics and still nothing. Then I unplugged my Rocksmith cord from the 360, Then the game started to work. So I plugged in the RS cord back in again and it worked in this game. Little lag though.

There was an update for this game on the 360. Myself I didn't really see any changes but it may have just been another patch from Microsoft and not Ubisoft.
