It would be great if anyone who id so kind and posts a video (or audio) here, also posted when and where it was plaed. This one (as well as Chopi 2 Etudes + MacDowell Etude) comes from a recital in Avery Fisher Hall in New York, February 22, 1985.

Beautiful and interesting playing as well. I have a great respect for this guy, he is

a living proof of of excelent (probably older) Russian piano teaching. I am just puzzled why he didn´t (?) make any recordings - I would by them all!

@stereozjunkie ...to be exact, the abrev. before 50 should read Hob. (for Hoboken who made the catalogue).

Don´t take me for a racist, but Yuja Wang and Lang Lang are the most capable

pianists today. She has not made so many recordings as Lang, therefore fewer

chances for some problematic performances (such as Lang´s Träumerei or

Chopin´s Etude op, 10,3). I think, she has little more disciplin and taste.
