The Gut Trust is the national charity for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome in the United Kingdom. We support people like you, who are coping day to day with IBS; a condition that is misunderstood, often stigmatised and which can chronically affect your everyday life.

We support people with IBS in many ways: we offer a free telephone helpline staffed by specialist nurses; we provide factsheets, online support, toilet access cards, as well as a quarterly journal, internet forums and our unique Self Management programme to help you live life to the full with IBS.
