Jamaican actor Roger Williams gives a gripping and outstanding performance in this experimental drama as 'Montero' a normal ten year old boy who becomes mentally disturbed at the age sixteen. The name of the play is: 'Downside-Up' and was written by Caymanian play write Franck McField.
This performance was shot onstage at the
Jamaica Cultural Developement Commission (JCDC) Drama Finals. For his outstanding performance as 'Montero' Roger won the Best Overall Actor,and the Best Adult Actor. In 2006 Roger played a 'Finger-Sucking boy' in the hit Jamaican musical comedy 'CLASS OF 73'. In 2007 Roger played a 'Bartender' in the "JAMAICAN HEINEKEN COMMERCIAL'.
Prior to 'DOWNSIDE-UP' Roger has starred in several Jamaican plays such as 'CLASS OF 73', 'TWO BUN ONE TIME, VIAGRA POWER, and MAN THIEF. For more info e-mail him at rogeroneil@gmail.com
