@rulervideo You can get to Icefang by following the map, but you must be in the icy mountain area of the Outlands. To get there, go through Cold Sands Hold's North Gate, and follow your map to "a rock tunnel" (I think, or "a mountain pass.") Thumbs up if this was helpful.
