Essa meditação é simples como o ato de respirar e andar. Pode e deve ser usada em qualquer hora e lugar.

Ao respirar, segure o ar brevemente e libere calmamente, imaginando um halo de luz ao seu redor, saindo bem da altura do seu coração. Obrigada a todos.

Little Meditation. It was an insight while praying outdoors at 11:11:11. I am deeply thankfull for this powerful teaching received, and I share with you now. This meditation is simple as the act of breathing and walking. It can and should be used anytime and anywhere. "BELOVED MASTER JESUS, I NOW BREATHE AND EXPAND, YOUR PEACE, YOUR LOVE" As you breathe, hold briefly and release slowly, imagining a halo of light all around you, spreading out right from your heart level.
