I presume you refer to the 'modding' I mentioned. True, though I was not implying that the fans should have to fix the inherent problems found in the TES games; merely that a lot of the issues are fixable to a smaller or larger extent thanks to great modding that has already taken place. Of course, Sam rightly compares default ('vanilla') games. But it's also true that I and others never even bothered playing Oblivion e.g. without 100 mods; and modded MW 2012 (e.g.) fixes a lot of issues.
