@Coolbas11 I did shortly after watching this video. It works well. With far view, 60-80. With normal view, 100-200 (both during the day). With 3D (using a mod to allow stereoscopic 3D) ...20-30 :P

It doesn't seem to help me... In fact it has decreased my fps to around the 40s, where as it was in the 60-200s (even when I change the settings to allow best performance (excluding view distance).

I have maximum settings, with 6GB ram, i7, GT 540M, on a 1920x1080 monitor... I get around 40 fps.

You can increase the amount of avaliable ram by going into the file directory under program files and creating a .txt documen...

@fakelube You have to do a clean install of a windows 64 bit. If your processor is not 64 bit, then you will not be able ot install it.

Basically, if you have a compatible computer, you can purchase a 64-bit version, then follow the steps given.

I have 6GB, but it only uses 50-60%, max... (2GB is already used by my system + background programs) For me, the issue is video ram. for that, I just allow the game to use ram (make it think I have more vram) and it gets rid of all lag, errors and increases the fps.
