Obama has placed our nation and all American citizens in a state of National Emergency because of the H1N1 virus pandemic. This allows Obama to bring Martial Law into effect without going through Congress. We would be under the control of a military dictatorship bypassing all checks and balances and voiding our Constitutional rights.
Like too many politicians today, Obama is shredding the Constitution. His most recent Executive Order grants Interpol (a UN international police agency) total diplomatic immunity on American soil. Interpol, thanks to Obama can now legally spy on, detain, keep records, and arrest American citizens and hold us in a world court on international crimes. We would not be protected by our Constitution, our police or courts. They could arrest you and fly you out of the country and do whatever they choose - and no one could protect you or say a word. Obama has literally destroyed our remaining Constitutional rights.
