A diet consisting almost entirely of raw natural fruit will result in optimal health, allow for extraordinary physical achievements, and help to resolve the environmental crisis we are all facing.

My greatest hope is that people and the planet can move towards greater health and balance through increasing their intake of fresh whole fruits and vegetables.
