The Flying Pigs established themselves in late 2006, and since then have built a loyal following through true musical craftsmanship, stellar energy, and just a touch of classic rock f-you attitude. Their nom de guerre, the not-quite-German Das Aeroschwein, mirrors the Reading-area quartet's approach to music:

Do it right. If that doesn't work, do it so wrong it must be right.

This mantra has resulted in a devastating fusion of classic rock, funk, and heavy metal, along with a dash of enthusiasm and just a sprinkle or two of sarcasm. From the Ephrata Performing Arts Center to Reading's Crowne Plaza, The Pigs play anywhere and anytime. Their annual benefit concert, Christmachannukkalypse, is a must-see event that regularly raises hundreds of dollars to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Most importantly, as anyone lucky enough to catch their live shows has witnessed, The Flying Pigs always bring the music.
