Many of the northern players would NOT consider the tricolour flag as their flag! It is the flag of one part of Ireland that being the Republic of Ireland, (or the Irish Republic). It is NOT the flag of Northern Ireland!

Of all the players it is Luongo who is the most focused. You can see it on his face. Although Thomas is quick on the draw he gets distracted too much. For Luongo the net is his home! All the best Roberto! Go Canucks Go!

Many English have Welsh roots. Surnames like Jones, Williams, etc. are common in England. When the Black Death decimated much of the English peasantry Welsh were brought in.
