At age 25, Felicity Ferraro (Andrew Meade) has been practicing the art of female impersonation and nightlife entertainment going on seven years, under the Moulin Rouge-Inspired alias, "The Sparkling Diamond". Her dance-move drive, passion on stage, and killer body have wowed audiences everywhere, including her talents to impersonate pop culture icons Britney Spears and Lady Gaga, and in turn have accumulated her an immaculate and loving fan-base all across the USA. Currently she resides on the show-cast of New Beginnings Nightclub & Showbar in Johnson City, Tennessee and continues to entertain and perform at various local alternative lifestyle nightspots and LGBT Pride Events.

Felicity has had the wonderful opportunity to entertain with headline drag entertainers, including Project Runway's Hedda Lettuce. Felicity has also received special recognition from rising country music singer and "Legally Blonde" Broadway Star, Laura Bell Bundy, who thanked Felicity for doing the fabulous drag queen version of her in Felicity's performance of Laura Bell's hit country song, "Giddy On Up", and rising pop star Kristine Elezaj, who thanked her for doing a wonderful impersonation performance of her hit single, "Warpath".

Felicity has also headline-entertained and is the Assistant Director of the non-profit performing troupe organization "Don't H8", an internationally known dance group that performs at LGBT Pride Events, Charity Functions, and on Live TV Broadcasts, and features headline entertainers such as American Idol's Kimberly Caldwell, Sordid Lives' Jason Dottley, and America's Got Talent's Derrick Barry.

As of October 15th, 2011, Felicity was crowned the national title of Miss Don't H8 DIVA 2011-2012, becoming her first ever pageant title and becoming an official national titleholder. Shortly after, she was appointed the emeritus of the regional title of Miss Gay Diamond America 2011-2012, personally given to her by the Miss Gay America Pageantry System.

She is currently in a loving relationship with Chip Matthews (Ronnie Paulley), team organization leader for Don't H8 and a fellow two-time national titleholder, holding the titles of Mr. Don't H8 2010 Emeritus, and Mr. Unlimited Cub 2011. The two were recently announced engaged to be married shortly before Felicity's 25th Birthday.
