God be with ya F.A.B ! Drink some green tea m8. The secret to good tea is to not add the tea to boiling hot water , let the water sit for 2 mins in a mug then add tea. That way it does not make the tea bitter. Ok m8 take care on the roads this Christmas and New Years.
