I don't understand how the 2012 C6 Z06 Centennial runs a 1:34.43 and this runs a 1:36.35.

Is it me or is something not right here?

Honestly, I think this is my favorite R35 in terms of looks! Beautiful car, thanks for the upload. :)

For a stock GT-R it did pretty damn good, considering the Corvette has over 200 HP more.

If the Corvette is so much faster than all the GT-Rs then why is the fastest Corvette in 27th place and the fastest GT-R is in 5th place on Dragtimesinfo?

You can also get a R35 with an Alpha 9 package chea...

I love both of these cars, but thanks to the extreme R35 price inflation I think I'll pick up a used C6 Z06 for 20 grand after college. Not to mention how cheap LS series parts are. Headers, exhaust, camshaft and a good tune make a mean Z06 and can be bought dirt cheap.

I know you probably get asked this all the time, but would you recommend a Ninja 650R for a new rider? My neighbor just so happens to be selling his and I'm interested. If I purchase it I will be taking riding classes before I even ride it. :)

According to everybody around town this Evo has 500+ to the wheels... yet it loses to a C5 Z06 with just an exhaust that has just shy of 400 to the wheels... smh

I was waiting for dude in the Evo to keep turning up the boost until he blew his engine. ;)

To the people below the sound @2:10 was not from the Vette, if it had FI you would have heard it clearly in the runs. A supercharged Z06 would be putting down around 600 to the wheels with the proper supporting mods on low boost which would have walked this ...

Could that ZR1 be any more ugly?

I agree with plenty of these guys, the ZR1 is a rather big waste of money, go buy a used C6 Z06 for $25k, boost it, and it'll put both of these both of these cars to shame, not to mention it's even lighter.

There's plenty of 8 second C5/C6 Z06s now-a-days.
