Primero que nada, necesitas una Tarjeta de TV o HD instalada, ya sea PCI (dentro del PC) o USB externo, estas las consigues mas facil en Internet en la seccion de Computadoras, en la seccion Tarjetas de Captura/TV y elijen o buscan las que se adapte a sus necesidades.
En el video siguiente, en la descripcion encontraras links a videos sobre cuales recomiendo, saludos XD
