Not much of a difference at all besides better texture mapping, environmental fog reduction, and the sharpness of the edges on the 360. Really nothing to warrant another purchase besides 1000 gamerscore and enjoying the game in slightly higher quality. I'd spend another 20 bucks to own this game....
