Hi,
thanks for stopping by at my page. I have driven just about everybody mad from my childhood to school days
to working life singing just about everywhere. Sadly, although I always wanted to sing to a real audience, I
never had the confidence. One thing I have always been very pleased and lucky about is the fact that I have
no regrets. Everything I ever wanted to do with my life I have been able to. I'm not talking about things
that cost money. I am talking about the joys that life has to offer in itself. I could only think of one thing that
if only I had the confidence to do, then I would love to. Sing. Sing to a real audience. An audience that actually
wanted to hear me other than my wet nosed hound dog and the people trying to eat there lunch in peace at my old job.
So I thought 'Hey Dave' don't make this the one regret in your life. So, not wanting to do things by half, I got
myself an Elvis suit while in USA on holiday. When I got back I was invited to two weddings in one weekend.
Wow, this was it 'Now or Never'. I sneaked up to the DJ and asked him to put on 3 songs that I had Elvis backing
music of. Then, to everybody's surprise I appeared as Elvis. The audience were fantastic and it gave me a lot of
much needed confidence. I then got in touch with a local shopping mall. I made out I had a wealth of experience
and they booked me to do an hour. WHAT, it scared me to death. But, the local newspapers put me on the front
page and away I went. From booking to booking. I now sometimes get the opportunity to sing many songs
from the fifties etc. And I love every minute. I wouldn't say I was the worlds greatest singer or the worlds greatest
Elvis, but you can see I sure have fun and seem to spread fun wherever I get booked to perform. If you get a
chance to listen to any of my songs I'd be honoured if you let me know. Have fun and maybe our paths will cross
one day.
