For the '2% of the population under size 4', you prob don't know it's just as hard if not harder to find clothes that fit. For example, I'm 5'7" & wear a pants size 1-2, depending on the brand. But most of those sizes only have a 29" inseam, maybe 30". It's incredibly hard to find tall sizes w/31...
