yea on the honda civic being stripped I have this to say---police really dont have the right to do that just because there isnt a part number to that specific part. Sometimes the number isnt attached well and falls off while sometimes the owner will remove it because it messes up the look of the part itself (like Ive known people to do that on air intakes just so its has a clean look to it and not a random marking in the middle of the pipe). But saying it was stolen how would they know if it was in fact stolen if they cant trace it back to the car it came from? hmmm yea answer me that one if your so smart
