I've played both versions, I got the Wii version as it came out, sold it half a year later out of boredom. 3 years later, I got a 360 and bought Sonic Unleashed for that. I loved it, and still do.
Still, I agree with both of you in terms of the final boss.

@TheMaddiMonster It's Japanese-the Japanese tend to be OK with this stuff, (they apparently don't even have cuss-words) they'll still put a bit of adult humour in her or there. Just watch the Japanese version of Sonic X for example.
