Most of my materials are scrap items. For example the barrel is an old rusty lawn mower handle.

Google is the only way of finding materials, springs, barings etc. The problem is getting materials in small quantities, hence the relience on scrap.

The only metal used is light alloy fot the Nut that pulls the string back and case hardened mild steel for the trigger. All the rest is wood.
