Q01. What is ''doujin''?

Doujin, romanized for dōjin, is a general Japanese term for a group of people that share a common interest who often self-publish their material, which can range from manga, novels, art, music, and video games. Stateside speaking, doujin is essentially the same of what a clique, coterie, society, or a circle is.

Doujin music, romanized for otokei dōjin, is a sub-category within the doujin scene, which this channel focuses on.

Q02. Where can you get doujin music from?

Contrary to video game soundtracks, which are still somewhat of a hassle to get, doujin music can't be bought by conventional means. The best way to get them are usually at Comic Markets, known as Comiket, which are held in Japan. Alternatively, one can purchase straight from the author and/or circle's website or from specialized otokei dōjin websites.

Online doujin stores that I recommend: toranoana.co.jp, mydjsobad, D-STAGE, suruga-ya.jp, akibaoo.co.jp, HimeyaShop (currently closed), Guhroovy, melonbooks.co.jp, and messe.gr.jp (formerly doujinshop). Alternatively paletweb.com (palet_th on eBay), crescent-shop.com, and w-canvas.com are three options offering reasonable service.

An alternative would be both eBay and, sometimes, Amazon, but be aware that you'll surely spend more money buying from them rather than ordering from specialized otokei dōjin stores. I would never use either, quite frankly...

Q03. Will you upload arranges / remixes from OCRemix?

Truth be told, I'm not particularly a fan of them, as I believe their quality has dwindled with the passing years, but I might upload a thing or two from their catalog.

Q04. Will you upload music from the Vocaloid genre?

Just selected stuff; not everything of this genre is appealing to me, so only what I like I will upload.

Comments made to any of my videos need to be approved first, and the only way to do so normally, in other words, make comments without requiring approval, is by both subscribing and becoming friends with the channel.

However, be warned of the following:

• Idiocy is _seriously_ frowned upon.

Q09. Where do you get the images you use for your videos from? Could you send them to me?

Really? Must everything be handed to you on a silver platter? Is using search engines that hard? Are you handicapped in any way? I truly abhor when people make this asinine question, and although there MIGHT be instances where I'll respond, and do emphasize the word ''MIGHT''—it's even in caps for an even greater effect—I will simply ignore and delete the question. As the usual Internet adage goes, "You're on the Internet, Google it."

Most images I use, as far as fanart goes, are from deviantART; the name, or at least the moniker of the artist can be found on the description box.

Aside from deviantART, I usually use various imageboards, which often are Danbooru derivatives, which offer and cover a wide range of content, including both video games and Touhou; however, such boards often have a *strict* NSFW environment, so I usually recommend people to go at their own risk, and usually not due to the NSFW, but mostly due to the type of material one is bound to come across regardless of your search queries. Remember that you're on the Internet, and that there are rules...like Rule 34.

Q10. Is what you upload done by you?

No. YouTube is generous providing us with a description box so that we can vomit all sorts of information regarding whatever we upload, so before asking questions that you could otherwise get answered by simply reading, take a moment and read.
