Dr. Singh has travelled around the world spreading his message: "the search for truth is possible only through scientific quest, using the imaginative power of our minds" He recommends that we always question the established authority, as this is the first important step on our journey towards truth. Accepting what has been passed down to us as explanations of truth can often mislead us to the point of total darkness. We believe that scientific inquiry, combined with the power of thought experiment, is the only method that can potentially lead to the discovery of truth."

God and his work may not be discoverable — but it is describable. At the dawn of the twenty first century, it is already within our grasp to understand how the universe works. Therefore, we, as the human race, are already on the right path in our journey towards truth. We have come to learn a great deal, through the sacrifices of millions of great minds throughout history, across time and human culture. As Dr. Singh says, "It's all about great education. Education is the kindling of the spirit, not the filling of a vessel."

The Center for the Study of Life's Higher Purpose is a worldwide philanthropic organization that arose rather incidentally as a result of Dr.Singh's discourses with a group of curious folks in Copenhagen, Denmark. Later, such groups spread to Norway, Sweden, Germany, England, France, Scotland and Ireland. These groups convene for open discussion. They are not an organized religion, but an informal group of thinkers that gather to share and reflect on ideas. Some participants are highly accomplished scientists, artists, university professors and community leaders.

For the past few years, Dr. Singh has settled in Tehachapi, California, and currently conducts his Sunday discourse from his Tehachapi medical offices. This free forum is open to the public, and is held each Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. People are encouraged to bring an open heart and mind, to help dispel any myths or beliefs that they may have inherited from previous generations.

Center for the Study also presents monthly seminars on last saturday of every month at Beekay Theatre, Tehachapi.

After five years of academic training as a Physical Scientist, a Chemist and a Bio-Chemist, I went on for several years of formal education and training to become a physician, a surgeon and a sub-specialist in the area of Female Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery and Menopause.

I initially received a medical degree in osteopathic medicine from New York Institute of Technology. Then I went on to a traditional (allopathic) residency training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology for four years. During the completion of my formal speciality residency training at Kern Medical Center ( a UCLA affiliated training program), I had the opportunity for formal academics at Yale University, Sloan Kettering, Pacific Reproductive Centers, UCLA and several inner city hospitals of New York City. Such broad-based exposure gave me an invaluable knowledge and experience that I continue to draw from to this day.

Having trained in a wide range of hospital settings enriched my mind and helped me understand the dream and nightmare of our healthcare system . During and after the completion of my residency, I acquired specialized training in the area of infertility, reproductive endocrinology, and urinary / gynecological surgery at major academic centers.

Throughout these years, I learned something that may not surprise you, disease costs money. When people are sick, they go into the doctors' offices, ERs, and hospitals to be prescribed a variety of medical and surgical treatments. These treatments range from the Holistic, all the way across the spectrum, to "traditional" medicine and surgery. As you well know, some sort of out of pocket expense will be incurred, from "co-pays" to "deductibles". Even with medical insurance, illness is costly, both in terms of monetary expense and your quality of life.

I present my patients and community members a new concept, and that is, health is free. You the patient have the choice to be as healthy as you want to be. We unknowingly make vital choices everyday as to the state of our minds and bodies. I invite you to make the choice of health. Come share with me and your community on Sundays at 10 am for a discourse on the mind / body spirituality. The knowledge to help the mind and body heal itself. I ask you to bring an open mind and heart to receive this invaluable knowledge, to long term happiness and health.

B.S.in Bio-Chemistry(summa cum laude), Manhattan College and College of Mount Saint Vincent.

1994-1998: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Insititute of Technology, New York, NY.

Medical Director of the Paul S. Singh an Ob/Gyn Medical Corporation, a private group practice of four gynecologic surgeons. Practice restricted to Female Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery and Urogynecolgy, Menopause with limited Obstetrics and Infertility.
