yo prefiero usar tarjetas de video intel por que los drivers en cualquier distro de linux ya vienen instalados por defecto no nesecitas instalar nada al menos en mi caso en todas las distros que he usado y probado asi me pasa no tengo que instalar nada

@aliciapunk16 mira para recuperar el panel solo das click derecho en el escritorio y le pones añadir panel y despues en panel pordefecto, para instalar java abres una terminal en menu aplicaciones systema y terminal y en la terminal escribes ..
