The Snapshot LP is one of George Duke's best, and let me say that he's got a lot of good albums, but this one is amongst his most exquisite jazz/R&B creations. George Duke is a genius, no one makes smooth R& like this anymore!

This is a nasty tune, Lester gets off, the drums and bass aren't necessarily very precise, but its all the off beat hits and sixteenth notes, its a sweet and complex track. Love it! I can only imagine how insane this was to listen to live in '78 with Lorber in his prime... Wow!

I'm back to listen to this joint again. yet again, Eric, you amaze me! This is an incredible tune, and would actually be a great remake, for any younger artist with the courage to step out and be authentic these days.
