The way I like to think of it, is that the money that this film will gross is honest - because its no doubt going to be a great movie. Whereas Avatar was just a cash cow, a myriad of special effects to cover up the cliche rip-off story.

They'll most likely be using camera tricks and angles to make him look bigger. But to be honest, I want an actor who will do a good job as playing Bane as a character. If its just physicality, we get the Frankenstein monster-noise making thing that was in Batman & Robin.

Why didn't the Queen just fucking assimilate him instead of dragging out all this pointless dialogue? At least in First Contact you can sort of understand why the Queen had to tempt Data onto their side, because assimilation wouldn't work against an android.

He is a good actor, but he's just been miscast in nearly every role he's played. The only films I've seen him in which I really enjoyed his character and performance was The Rock (largely) and Kick Ass. He should get more roles like Kick Ass.
