This channel will be mainly about hair, fitness, eating healthy and me learning how to apply makeup!!
THANK YOU SO SO VERY MUCH TO ALL OF MY SUBSCRIBERS AND VIEWERS!! I feel blessed to have your support and I am very appreciative. I never thought I would actually get people watching my videos.
I do think having healthy hair is a direct correlation of your overall physcial health. I am a very active person and have been my entire life. Therefore, it is one of my top priorities. Since I love food I do try to eat pretty healthy and organic whenever feasible. I even do figure and bikini competitions to ensure I maintain my preferred body (5'7 1/2" 120-125lbs). So if you have any questions let me know. FYI, I do not believe in DIETS! They are the most ABSOLUTE WORSE thing you could EVER do. That is my own personal opinion.
