Rio was the first person to join The Crucifix Project when it was formed by Red, He always hangs around with Red, Occaisionally grouping with others for unknown intentions, Can be extremely reckless/careless, quite a nonchalant person, and Rio would much rather play Video games or listen to music than take part in any activity, not so much a peace keeper as just too lazy to fight, But when in battle, Rio shows extreme capability to bring down even the toughest oppopnents, but with an anger that cannot be controlled once it is set off, His ability to fight is respected even by Red, but lacks the determination to face his opponents unless forced to do so
