First of all, the heeler didn't mean to run the steer over. Rodeo is a way to make a living for those guys, and they couldn't give that up then. And the reason the steer was carried out on a piece of fencing was because a stretcher for cowboys wouldn't be strong enough to carry the steer out. Oh,...
