Four "sisters" who all have the same first name, want nothing more in life than to become country and western music stars. Well, almost all of them... Patty Melt, the eldest, is expecting a baby while she struggles to give up smoking. Patty Cake is a self diagnosed "hypoconischitzofeliac" who cant get thru life without a handfull of pills. Patty O'Furniture all but attacks men for their intimate affections while she smuggles snack cakes in her undergarments, and Patty O'Door, the baby, is a country music hating boozer who wants to run away from her family and find her spotlight on the operatic stage.
