Wyborn the Berserker

It is from the dreary regions of Scandinavia that my storm-beaten, war-hardened, Berserker (Bear Skin) fathers came forth. Of all the barbarians these were the fanatical pagans, sea-kings, strongest of body & heart, the most formidable, the most cruelly ferocious. Their bloody nature & gruesome appearance was enough to break the moral of any foe. My fathers were devoted followers of the AllFather Odin, meaning, Odin was the point of their orientation. They feared nothing, felt no pain, & attacked anything within reach even to the point of dropping their weapons & killing with their bare hands. In the stories they are frequently said to have dressed in bear skins, & shape change from having invoked bear totems before going into battle. Preserved in a language older then the New Testament, the surname Wyborn originated as an Old Norse [Elder Futhark] name. In Old Norse, the surname Wyborn means - War Bear.
