The Ten Commandments? Obsolete? Lol wut? How could you say that? If one part of the Bible is obsolete, then the whole Bible is obsolete. And as you say, there's a reason why it's still there. A moral guide, yes that's one of it's functions. The Ten Commandments is a moral guide.
