This Sony CX 550 makes a pretty nice video. I am really amazed at the image stabilization on this camera. It is outstanding. Have you watched any of the footage from this camera on a large screen TV? If so, does it look marvelous?

@terrence961 The Image Stabilization on this camera rocks! The Panny TM 700 does look like it has nicer quality video, but doesn't look quite as good in low light and can not compare in Image Stabilization. I'm trying to decide which to get. I wish I could have the best features of both in one ...

This is a great look. Would be a fabulous effect for a music video. You should go into biz making music videos for aspiring musicians (or even established ones!) You'd rock at it.

Thank you for making this informative film. I'm over all drawn to this camera. The one thing I think a higher end Sony might have over this one is two things: the image stabilization is just amazing and they still are better in low light situations. It's these two aspects that have me thinking...

@EggChops What's the largest screen you've shown footage from this camera on? I was about 2 go buy one of these when I found a review on a slightly lesser Sony model that said they have a compression that leads to artifacts on a larger screen. I don't know if they put that same compression thing ...
