@hellofraz1 I have never considered detonating NC - what primary should you use to detonate it? yeah a Co2 cylinder can take a pressure spike of around 3000psi - so there is quite a tolerance on that thing aha.

That's hilarious but 'gogo311' is right - even putting a second-order explosive into a steel container is risky - but HMTD? even if you had been behind inch thick ply wood and had been hit by a piece of that container - it could have been fatal. but by all means keep posting video's!

@4dipdap Regardless of its thickness you should ensure your safety by getting a more reliable chamber. but the valve is the one you really need to look at - I would recommend a 15mm qev, that would supply a massive kick with the right setup and pressure.

you dont need to grind the kno3 too fine, or grind it all all, its the purity you need to make sure is adequate - say 96% minimum. Just make rcandy via the cooking method, its easier and saves a lot of hassle, it also produces more thrust per unit volume because of a higher density.
