Ive been hearing this since 08 and its only gotten worse. At night it sounds as if there are millions of troops over our skies stomping around, like fema or massive aircrafts. I cant stand it. Also drives you crazy when you feel as if your in a plane hanger with no noise blocker or in a submarine...
