FROM THE AXIOM TUTORIAL - Jeff Dykhouse demonstrates the power and flexibility of the Axiom 61 advanced 61-key USB mobile MIDI controller. This cool tool has semi-weighted action and assignable aftertouch. The eight rubberized trigger pads are ideal for creating drum tracks and firing samples. Nine sliders and eight endless rotary encoder knobs put you in total control of your software studio. There are also 15 MIDI-assignable buttons—including six transport controls—assignable wheels, foot pedals and more. Jeff shows us how to program the Axiom Programming utilizing the free Enigma editor/librarian software, in addition to Reason, GarageBand, Ableton LIVE and ProTools.

Arthur Lee and Love performing Singing Cowboy at The State Theatre in Falls Church, VA on 10-14-2004. Again, unfortunately this video was taken using a Canon digicam that had a 3 minute cap on video recording, so I was only able to capture the outro here (but what hell of an outro it was). At one point Arthur actually points directly into the camera, but the doofus standing next to me in his excitement (understandably so) elbows my arm causing me to lose the shot (you'll notice the camera shake violently at that moment). Arthur Lee truly looks to be enjoying himself in this video, one of the happier moments of his life I suppose. RIP.
