STS-129: Atlantis
The STS-129 is the 129th space shuttle mission, and it will be done by space shuttle Atlantis. Atlantis and it's 6-member STS-129 crew, will visit the International Space Station, and will deliver two large ExPRESS Logistics Carriers that are full of spare parts for the ISS. These spare parts include 2 nitrogen tanks, an ammonia tank, a pump module, a battery charging unit, an end effector for the Canadarm2, 2 gyroscopes etc. The mission will also return Expedition 21 Flight Engineer Nicole Stott, reducing the crew size of ISS to five. The STS-129 crew is made of:

Ares I-X
The first ever flight of NASA's Constellation program that will return people to the Moon, Mars and beyond. The Ares I-X is a prototype Ares I rocket that will launch the manned Orion spacecrafts in the future. In this test launch, the objective is to test the first stage of the Ares I rocket. In this prototype, all the other parts, like the second stage, Orion and the LAS are dummies. The first stage is a modified SRB from the Space Shuttle.
WISE
WISE or the Wide Infrared Survey Explorer, is a NASA satelite that will make an infrared map of the entire sky in 6 months while orbiting 500 km above Earth. This very important satelite will launch on top of a Delta II rocket from the Vandenberg Air Force Base in California on December 14th, 2009 from Launch Pad 2.
