@1EVLBRD350 not my car but dyno tune is needed with all his mods. if he didnt get a tune his car would be on the side of the road. A dyno tune v a can tune though is a very big difference. SOme canned tunes will hit the sweet spot but most dont. Dyno tune is the only way to go when you start port...

I built my rear end on my cobra, and for new gears , new diff, axles and everything it was only like $1200, the rear end should be good for 800 to the rground which i will never see. My axles are moser, diff is an fr500 diff and the gears were ford racing....

@mattspontiacta info is still wrong though. thats what ford claimed the cobras made. the cobra was just like an ls1 car, factory horsepower rating is off they both produced higher numbers. the cobra was more like 390 rwhp off the factory floor

i drove my dodge charger threw a puddle once. it was deep enough to cover the intake and suck in water to hydro lock it. Sucked all the water out drained the oil and has been running for 70k more miles no problem. Dodge has really stepped up there game.

@loudblazer no it stands for forced induction, example supercharger or turbo. this guy is most likely talking about a turbo. 350z's do welll turbo charged but dont do that well supercharged. sorry i thought you were being a smart ass.

@koalatoday my cobra cost me 7k with 69k miles on it. It chews up s197 stangs and new edge stangs. Still though, you buy your domestic for 8k-17k then spend anohter 10k in upgrades to just keep up with the "muscle" cars.
