Wonder Woman had super strength, stamina, and flexibility - not as great as Superman, but still she was a power in her own right even without her lasso. Not to mention she still had her bulletproof bracelets. So she wouldn't have been helpless without her lasso.

He should have arisen right in front of the seal. By coming up to one side, the seal bolted to the other side. And once in the water, there was no chance for the polar bear to catch the seal (seals can swim much faster). Polar bears almost always catch seals at the interface between ice and water...

Tracy Byrd was a great country singer - he sang REAL country music, and he had a pretty nice singing voice to boot. Shame that he ended his country music career - it's terrible that Nashville bigwigs prefer acts such as Taylor Swift to real country musicians like Tracy Byrd.

The Greenbush twins turned out to be quite pretty by the end of the Little House run, but they simply couldn't act. They sounded like child zombies.

Interesting that Jamie can't break free of fembot Callahan's grip initially, but afterwards, she beats her/it up very easily. Also, when Jamie tipped the bookcase onto the second fembot, none of the books fell out.

@Girardifan Only in this TV show did Wonder Woman's powers derive from wearing her belt. The original conception of Wonder Woman, as portrayed in countless comics books, have her as possessing innate super strength, speed, and stamina that cannot be stripped from her by removing any garment.

Ranking Sarah Hughes against Maria Butyrskaya in their short programs at the 2002 Olympics, I would say that Maria's jumps were better (i.e., full rotations, no flutzing), and so was her flying camel spin. Sarah had a better combination spin, way better layback spin and spirals, and a better foot...

Great combination jump and combination spin. The flying sit spin and double loop were fine. Obvious error on the double axel. Personally, I think the layback spin and footwork sequence were on the weak side.

They've been at sea for probably months with no fresh air, babes, and booze. And what does the Admiral arrange for entertainment for his men? A puppet show! The series should have ended with this episode, as the crew would surely have mutinied!

Nice jumps, good presentation, and good speed throughout the program. However, am I the only one who thinks she has lousy spinning ability? I cringed everytime I watched her spin. Compared to her superb jumps in this program, her spins really were awful.

I can't understand why Scott Hamilton said that Oksana Baiul had no weaknesses. Say what you want about her artistry on ice, but athletically, this long program left a lot to be desired. Only 3 clean triple jumps, with no combinations. Only jump combination was very wonky. Nice flying camel spin,...

Very juvenile program. No jump combinations, very simple spins, mediocre spirals, and almost no footwork. Technically mediocre indeed. No way should this freeskate have beaten either Surya Bonaly or Lu Chen.
