The Black Hour Radio Show, based out of Laney College's 9th Floor Radio, is the premiere show for Black students in the Bay Area. Founded in 2008 as a project of the Laney Black Student Union (Laney BSU), The Black Hour provides news and information created by, and for, students of African Descent. The Black Hour staff get the unique experience of covering a unique urban community in the city of Oakland.

Comment Policy: The Black Hour encourages viewers to respectfully voice their opinions. Comments are not pre-moderated, but may be removed if deemed to be in violation of this policy.

Comments should remain on topic, relating to the concerned video. Brevity is encouraged (save the essays for class). You can use an alias, but keep it real, dont be an anonymous troll.

Comments will be deleted if:
* It attacks a named or identified person unreasonably (libel/slander);
* It attacks people on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or size;
* It contains racist comments, excessive obscenities or sexual explicit remarks;
* It is determined that comments are mae under a false name, or uses the identity of someone else;
* The comment contains personal information;
* The comment encourages violence;
* The comment violates copyright or privacy protections;
* The comment is made by a player hater.
