Looks like you're probably coming in from the North. I live near Salt Lake. I also have FS9. Don't know how I would get a better quality and still maintain a decent frame rate, other than a whole mass of computer upgrades, or a much faster computer.

If possible you can make it to a darkened upper floor of this particular cell block. Stack about six crates to make a staircase with really big steps leading to the upper floor, then climb them up to that floor. Don't forget to "set up" the turrets - not necessarily take them out of their stora...

Older airplane. Given similar circumstances older American airplanes might do the same wobbly erratic flight. So it's not necessarily that Russian airplanes are bad - it may just be age, or that this particular airplane hadn't been flown in a long while and something just "popped loose".
