The Beatrooters

We're two Australian Record Producers who have pooled our talents for "The Beatrooters" project.
We've decided to remain anonymous to keep things interesting and let the music do the talking, so we go by our code names, b1 & b2. It's a real buzz doing music where there are no restrictions and we're free to follow our ideas without other people (e.g. artists and record companies) controlling the process.
Free Tibet (the song) is the first song we've released and already we've received an awesome amount of support. There's been lots of encouragement for more songs, so we're currently working on several projects. Our aim is to build the "Beatrooters" into something special, so support us and let's make it happen.
People have asked us about the origins of our name: the word "beat" is pretty obvious and the word "root" in Australia is slang for having sex or as we'd like to call it "horizontal dancing"- you guys can figure the rest!
